Exclusive Event: Rare Ayn Rand Q&A on Radio Call-in Show

In January of 1966, Ayn Rand was featured on a Los Angeles-based radio program that encouraged listeners to call in with questions. During the hour-long broadcast, Rand provided extemporaneous answers on a wide range of subjects, such as her views on racial equality, the war in Vietnam, capital punishment, and moral grayness. Rand also answered questions such as “How do the Eddie Willers of the world fit into your philosophy?” The program served as a platform for Rand and her message; the program’s host, Michael Jackson, who went on to interview five American presidents, is remembered as a “Titan of Talk Radio.”

On Saturday, March 30, at 1:00 p.m. ET, ARI Members will have a chance to listen to this rare interview during an exclusive ARI Roundtable event.
