The architect's name is John Ronan, from Chicago. When you think of design, he is key, but he was also helped significantly by David Strosberg and Tim Blum, both Chicago-based builders/developers, and Loren Corle a businessman. Most of all, don't forget CEO Tal Tsfany, who has been (as Adam Smith would say) the "guiding and directing intelligence" for this project, and who has added numerous creative features. Here are some images of one of Ronan's great works, the Poetry Foundation Building in Chicago: https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=petry+foundation+building+photos&qpvt=petry+foundation+building+photos&form=IGRE&first=1
One correction to my comment below. The term "guiding and directing intelligence" comes from George Reisman when discussing Adam Smith, not from Adam Smith himself.
This had me tearing up with joy. Well done to all of you - as she always does, she (and this) gives me hope!
Stunning. Who designed this?

I can hardly contain my excitement and enthusiasm for this project. I’ll have much more to say about it. Well, done, Tal Tsfany and Elan Journo!
