When I first read Atlas Shrugged, I knew that my life would never be the same, and within months, I had read the rest of Ayn Rand’s novels, and much of her nonfiction. I wanted to share this passion for her world and ideas with others, and to find out more about how her philosophy would apply in my life. But being an Ayn Rand enthusiast in Europe, I did not know what the next step should be.

In 2016, the Ayn Rand Institute created that next step — the AynRandCon — and in 2019, it came for the first time to Europe. AynRandCon is a special opportunity for intellectually curious young (and young in spirit) people to meet hundreds of peers who have the same flame in their hearts, and to learn from the top experts in Rand’s thought. It is a place to discuss life’s most important questions, learn more about Rand’s original answers, and have a good time socializing in one of the world’s most stunning cities. So on April 1, 2 and 3, London at AynRandCon Europe is the place to be!

Organizing an in-person conference in times of unpredictable lockdowns and government restrictions has been a challenge. We had to switch dates and places more than once. Yet we believe that the doers do, rather than sit back and wait for conditions outside of their control to be perfect. I am confident that with moving to London, we made the right choice. England is planning on lifting all Covid restrictions, and it is the country with the most active Objectivist community in Europe. It will be my pleasure to see all of you in person and in three dimensions, after two years of online events.

If you’re a long-time supporter of Rand’s ideas, sponsoring students to attend AynRandCon is one of the best ways to help them deepen their appreciation of Rand’s philosophy and perhaps one day become influential advocates of Objectivism who will help change the world.

For me, going from being just another person inspired by Atlas Shrugged, to leading ARI Europe, sharing stages with intellectuals I’ve long admired, and now being a speaker at AynRandCon Europe, has been a dream come true.

Come kickstart your dream this April, in London. Find out more, become a sponsor, and register, here.
